Unable to change priority access denied windows 10

Help would be great, but not a high priority as we can always go \\SERVERNAME\sysvol if needed. The other server uses group policies, and i'm sure they were working for a fresh install i did for one pc.

This comes up for fresh installs of windows 10 and upgrades, and will still exist if the pc is reconnected to the domain. Its the same for a 2012 server and sbs 2011.Ī lot of discussion online of this comes from group policies, though i don't think that would be the cause, as group polices are not really used by one server, however this may be some basic policy that's there by default. I've done the admin user and password with and without the domain before the username, neither work. This comes up when putting username and password in for the network credentials. \\x.x.x.x\sysvol and \\x.x.x.x\netlogon - Access is denied So if server ip is x.x.x.x and name is SERVERNAME Long story short, Windows 10 machines on domain cant access Sysvol (and thus netlogon) via server ip in windows explorer, non windows 10 devices can access them as usual. Tried to find any documentation on this but no luck.
